I love to cheat but I can't find any Action Replay Codes for my newer games such as, Resident Evil 4, Gun, Prince Of Persia TTT.
The swap magic only uses action replay codes. I own a codebreaker but that won't boot backups. And the two won't work in conjuntion. What do I do?
P.s. Gameshark codes don't seem to work either.

Yes they do have codes but for the Action Replay MAX, that is totally different from just the Action Replay.

I think you mean Swap Magic 3.8 Coder, NOT 3.6
3.8 uses the old AR2v1/GS2v1 code encryption, and they stopped making & supporting that product some 2 years ago. Hence the reason there's no codes for it!
Always 1st with 100% working PS2 Online Game DNA$ IDs!!

Swap Magic 3.8 Coder is also compatible with AR2v2 codes. I tested some cheats of RE4 PAL version and they work fine. If you're user of a NTSC/US version, I don't know about them. But I'm pretty sure you also would find cheats for it. Keep trying ^^

Yeah I appreciate it. I meant to get back sooner but I found this freeware that convert AR MAX, Game Shark, and Code Breaker codes into older action replay codes. Its cool someone would actually take the time to make that. It's MaxConverter. I guess anybody can just find it with a search engine. Thanx alot though.

Negative. The converters are crap and they don't convert cheats well. I tried two of them, one was a converter who didn't support AR Max, but I changed between other codes, and the second one was Max Converter, and it's also crap. If I had a tool which worked fine with those, I would just have told you already, unfortunately, nowadays, that isn't a reality.

I've been using it for two weeks and it's worked with every AR MAX code I converterd. I've successfully converted all AR MAX codes for RE4, Dirge Of Cerberus, Kindom Hearts 2, And Gun into action replay version 1 codes.

oh man! then tell me what version of Max Converter do you use, I use 0.71 and it doesn't work. I convert directly AR MAX to GSv1/ARv1, but I never got it to work. How the heck you do it? LOL

I use the same one. Maybe your download was corrupted or something. In the first input box I select AR MAX, in the second output box I put AR v1-GS v1. I put the AR MAX code in the first box. I click the condense box. Then I convert it. They all have worked. I'm doing this from memory from a different computer because my home computer doesn't have internet. Try it that way if that's not the way you've been doing it. Also when you type in the code (and this was stupid on my part) make sure your typing in zero's instead of circles on your keyboard like I was doing.

My steps are, first copy and paste the AR MAX code from codejunkies website, then condensate as you do, then select GSv1/ARv1 option in the right and click over convert. For example, I will do it now:
Game - Resident Evil 4 - PAL:
Master code - AR MAX:
C6T9-QTNA-MWPPR
VCGR-MZVE-JCRE5
Master code converted to GS2v1/AR2v1:
ECB66B34 1433BF9C
Infinite Ammo - Never Reload - AR MAX:
4CA4-C864-EET2V
256D-EBKM-4UBUK
Infinite Ammo - Never Reload converted to GS2v1/AR2v1:
1C858534 3894E7A5
Ok, now check out the first codes I posted which work perfectly to me, don't you think they're different?. That's why converter does not convert coder right, at least mine.

Hi,
Can anyone here get Swap Magic Coder 3.8 to work with the Action Replay Max disc? Below is a description of my problem:
I have the original Action Replay Max disc (without the dongle) and original Swap Magic Coder 3.8 discs. My PS2 is the old fatty one, and my region is PAL.
These are some of the methods I've tried:
- The memory card method where you pull the memory card out. Result: black screen.
- The USB method where you pull the USB stick out. Result: black screen.
- The CD/DVD Loader method. Result: black screen after swapping the CD/DVD Loader disc.
- Both the "normal" and "special" modes for booting, inside Swap Magic Coder 3.8. Result: black screen.
If I just use Swap Magic Coder 3.8 and then swap for backup game or CD/DVD Loader disc then it boots fine. It seems that using the Action Replay Max as the first disc to load is the problem because even if I select "no cheats", eject it for Swap Magic Coder 3.8 and then swap for a backup game or CD/DVD Loader, the result is still a black screen!
Thanks in advance,
Lac

Like I said Im not at my home computer. In the 1st input box are you making your selection AR MAX? As oppose to Raw or AR MAX Raw, because those don't work for me just the AR MAX input does. But when I go home I'll write down the RE 4 codes that I'm using and compare them with the ones you just posted. I'll try to get back with you tom....

Ok I use NTSC RE 4 Master/ ECBDEE84 142C426C Health/ 4CD55D9A 1456DE85 Gun Master/ECD63674 14937A5C Health/ 1CF5195C D58EE7A5 Kingdom Hearts 2 Master/ ECBA5458 142F94D8 Exp./ 1CA39170 14BE598C
These codes I converted from the AR Max codes I recieved from the actual CodeJunkies website. Maybe MaxConverter only works for the USA region codes. I don't know what to tell ya man. I also successfully converted codebreaker V.7 codes. Even though the MaxConverter only supports v.6 codes. All I did was select codebreaker1-6\Xplodr in the input and AR2-GS2 in the output. I clicked condense and it converted the codes just fine. Here are the codes as proof. Suikoden V Master/CCB7F7D8 105AE225 Lv.99/ 3C376729 1456E788 So I don't know why yours isn't working. Like I said You can email me then call me and we can try to figure it out but it works fine for me.
