This movie is giving me so many problems. I got this movie when it was first released. I tried using DVD Shrink but at around 85% it gives me the error message Data Error (cyclic redundancy check). I tried using DVD Decrypter and still no luck. I took it back to the store got another one and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

I haven't tried that one. DVD Shrink can't handle some of the newer releases. When it encounters one of those newer- usually sony & columbia-encrypted releases,then you may get several error messages. CRC and Invallid navigation errors are the 2 most usual messages. Other strange things as well,like freezing up shrink and graying it out.

This is a background ripper,so no extra step is involved. Once you see the little red fox icon in your lower utility tray,then she's running. Then you can backup with your normal dvd backup process.

Anydvd also pulls off cd encryption and can make your drives region free. Also a ripping feature for damaged dvd ripping,but I haven't tried it.

Simply right click the fox icon to enable and disable it. I don't use it unless I have to.
