They will find a way to Boot Leg games on a PS#. It will just take some time. All of the meticulous planning they are taking to stop this, someone will just sit back and dilligently perfect a way to break whatever codes that Sony comes up with.

as for ps3, here's my comment
it only takes 6 months until xbox 360 release its first mod chip.
so we can wait either 6 month or 1 year for ps3 to get the mod chip too.
