Country: United Kingdom

Unfortunately, my mobile ended up with a message saying "NOT ALLOWED".
It seems that I have entered wrong codes more than 5 times.
I bought this handset in the UK at £25, but I am now trying to use it in Hongkong.
I guess I need to consult a local provider of cable unlocking services.
Any thought?

The mobile will work in Hongkong without any problems. You will have to take it to a shop that offers a direct unlocking service.
