Out of the blue I'm unable to download any files, can't see some images, can't view movies (and windows media doesnt work), and can't view flash movies.

I've run search and destroy and Norton's, but only removed stupid things like cookies. Norton keeps blocking a worm called npdsplay dll bo.

How do I fix this when I can't download anything? Any ideas? Thanks!!!

I've also booted in safe mode and experience the same problems.
