where can i find a replacement power supply??? because my power supply
sparks everytime and im afraid its gonna PAWN my xbox which i inverted a lot of money!!!!

Actually it is simply the solder connections for the power cable receptacle to the Power supply PC board that is bad. If you know how to solder, just wick up the old solder around the joint because it would have a bunch of carbon deposits on it from arcing. Then, resolder the power receptacle to the board. I used a piece of solder braid (solder wick) to add to the mechanical strength.

Then, PLEASE be careful when plugging and unplugging the power cord to the Xbox and don't jam the back of the Xbox into a wall. The socket is held onto the PC board with just two solder points and no screws. Later boxes had a better socket with more strain relief. It probably cost about 10 cents more, but M$ is all about cheap and instead of recalling the boxes, the claimed it was the cord and offered a cord with a circuit breaker to "protect" your box from catching fire. It did nothing to fix the broken solder joint.
