InstantCopy Size Problem????

Hey everyone. Here is my problem. I ripped the movie only part of a movie with DVDShrink with no compression. Then I use InstantCopy to burn the movie onto a dvd. InstantCopy had to down size the movie to 93%. I checked the AUTOMATIC checkbox to resize the movie to fit on a dvd-r. But the problem is, after conversion of the movie with InstanCopy and when I try burn the newly converted movie on the dvd-r, it says my blank dvd-r doesn't have enough space. This is weird because I assume when I resize it and it stays in the green part of the resizing bar, it should fit on a dvd-r? Any one have any ideas why this is happening? Let me know, thanks

Using SONY DRU500AX with Ritek G03 media.
