Internet Explorer Does Not download complete file

Hi

I keep gettting this message each time i try and download a file i think it could but i am not sure becuase i have ran antivirus checker

The particular file that is pointing to is not a valid WIN32 file. It is located in your temporary folder. Remove everything from your temp folders and your cache folders. After that try to download it again.
