Best DVD-RW media for PS2?

What's the best and most reliable DVD-RW media for backing up PS2 games? Blank disc shop say the verbatims are the most compatible disc. Anyone agree/disagree?

Cant go wrong with verbatim they are pretty much the best out there not to mention expensive. At least the brand name ones. But that not to say they will work on your ps2 though. Only one way to find it :). Trial and error. After all it a DVD-RW the chances of your ps2 reading it prior to v7 is not good.

P.S. Why does everyone want to use DVD-RWs in their PS2 it useless except for data storage. Only thing I can see that makes sense is to update games that come out with a new version of the same title, ie all the EA sports games. But even then that still a year apart. I dont know about you but having to backup my ps2 games each time I want to play it is not fun.
