I have a friend who received a phone from her brother as a present but when she tried using her sim card, she got the error 'Phone restricted'.
Could anyone assist me in unlocling the phone for her. The phone details are:

Make/model phone: Nokia 6280
IMEI #: 351861/01/400423/8
Country the phone is locked in: UK
