Hi guys, first of all i would like to say that this is one of the greatest sites I have been. I've seen that all the other members are very helpful and I have been learning a lot from here. Thanx to all the helpful info.

Now to my question, I was wondering if there is any other way where I can attach HDD to my fat PS2 without using the network adapter. The reason is because I cannot find any retail shops which still sell the network adapter for the fat PS2. I am living in Melbourne, Australia. If there is any kind members out there who knows where I can get the PS2 network adapter in Melbourne would be greatly appreciated as well. I could not get it online as well because I do not have a credit card.

My PS2 is version 5/6. Thanx once again.

you could try using usbextreme with a usb hdd but, it's not compatible with many games. Don't you have any friends that can pay for an adapter online with their credit card and you can pay them the cash?
