You can use VirtualDub to re-sync video and audio. Go into Audio>Interleaving and follow the instructions. Set both video and audio to Direct Stream Copy and Save As AVI.

http://www.virtualdub.org/download find the mirror and download virtual dub...1.6.16 or the latest...then ..go to ..http://nickyguides.digital-digest.com/audio-synch.htm and read the part about using virtual dub....it's very easy..
