Tools for deleting scenes from DVD

Does anybody know of a tool that lets you edit out some objectionable scenes on a DVD movie either during or after ripping? I would then want to burn the edited files to a DVD+R for my kids to watch. Thanks.

Just user ChopperXP to delete unwanted scenes
but you must have Windows Xp in order to use this program
