I got a network adapter for my PS2 and it did not come with the install cd. Is there anyway to do it without it? Or can I download it somewhere? Also is there somewhere I can download HDloader or whatever I need to get the hard drive setup properly in the PS2? Please someone reply soon.

You don't need the setup disc. Most games have a network setup function. Although, since they're free, you could contact Sony & ask them to send you one if you really want one.
Use Google to look for HDLoader.
