errors while backing up my ps2 game..plz help

ok..the thing is that i was backing up my ps2 game onimusha 4 dawn of dreams..using DVD Decrypter..
i followed the mode/iso/read and there was abt 7.5 gb space on my disk..
the iso started forming but at 90% i got an error saying
"cannot rite C:/onimusha4.iso Reason:there is not enough space on the disk"
so what should i do.. wll some one help me out..
also do i need to rebuild the iso after it forms.?

Clear more HDD space. I'm sure Dawn Of Dreams is a DVD9 game, in which case it'll probably take up more than 7.5Gb of space.

ok...wat i did was make an .iso using apache 1.o beta...the .iso was formed wth the same hdd space 7.5gb..
then i wrote it on dvd using DVD Decrypter..the game started and played but got stuck at a paticulal stage( the screen was blank)
also the .iso file was 4gb in size..is it necessary that i have to rebuilt this game via isobuster and cdgen..
