Hey, I'm operating a network using a broadband cable modem, and a router, and I'm looking for some way to assign each computer on the network a maximum bandwidth (our downloading keeps on interfering with the connections of the other computers).

We have a spare old computer to use as a server, but for some reason smoothwall won't recognise the second network card, and so won't run. Does anyone know of a windows based program that'll support assigning bandwidths?
