How to use 2.71SE on a Hen C PSP??

I'v been trying to look for a tutorial to run 2.71 SE on my Hen C PSP but I cant find any in the foruns or google. Can anyone please Tell me how to do this or point me in the right direction? I would greatly apreciate it. Is it even possible?? or is it only for 1.5 PSPs?

Thats the tutorial I followed to install HEn C on my PSP, Im already runing HEn C, What I want to do if posible is to run firmware 2.71 SE Through Hen C (like emulating 1.5) Or do I have to downgrade My PSP to 1.5 and then Update to FirmWare 2.71 SE? Can 2.71 SE just Be Emulated like the other Fimware before 2.71 through DevHook?? Thanx for the fast response

you have to have 1.5 to install 2.71 SE-A but if you have 1.5 I would keep it. 2.71 SE-A still has faults.

some games can take up as much as over 300 mb

300MB would be considered small. Some can be over 1GB+.

Devhook loads the games.
Hen allows you to load devhook on 2.71 firmware.

I believe a FULL UMD is 1.7GB, however they are anything from 100mb upwards but there are a few in excess of 1gb. You can use UMDGen to turn an iso into a cso (a compressed iso) which runs fine with devhook. A cso can remove 50mb upwards.

You also get ripped iso which is generally an iso with the extra bits removed, such as some music and movies.

There is also a few tricks for playing games via a USB cable and having the game stored on your PC.

A 2gb memory card is what you really want though, it solves all the problems.

where cn i get UMDGen and where can i download games 4 my psp. give me good things that wont give me viruses plz and tell me the exact place 2 download them. thnx

I cannot post links to commecial games, however if you are looking to download virus-free files, torrent files seem to work for me.

Use google to search.
