i can install the memory card exploit and all but i was wondering if i can play DVD-R backups without the harddrive?? like run cd loader or cogswap loader and boot backups will that work?

You need to have a disc with a large TSO (San Andreas i think is the biggest) and a slide card. There are tutorials all over on how to use cdloader and cogswap. Find one that makes sense to you and have at it.

oh yea haha i just figured out last night:) i use swap magic 3.6 but i was making the exploit for a friend and he got san andreas so lucky him.
