I have this Dell Dimension E510 and it has a trojan virus on it and my norton's not doing it's job. i was wonderin if anyone knows how i could get into to system recovery portion of the hard drive without callin dell because they want to charge for everything. and help will be appriciated. Thanks

nope it tell gives you the opion of bios setup and startup setup.

i don't have a user's manual because i'm trying to fix it for my classmate and she's type that doesn't know to keep all thing that come with the stuff. nor does it have a floppy drive.

I'm good now. I found that the way to get to system recovery is hold Ctrl and press F11 on startup.
