having trouble with NTSC games can no longer seem to play them after putting them on to disc , but ones that i have done before still play it just seems to be ones i do now ,PAL games are ok , NTSC games seemed to be able to play them by loading them through evox menu but now only part of menu i can get is load from harddrive just dont understand what going on, can anyone help

i have not cleared the e/cache yet but the games i could not play i tryed on someone else softmod xbox and they dont play on theres,could put it down to way im burning them but i have burnt PAL games since then and burnt them the same way and they play fine but will delete everything in e/cache and see if that works and let you no thanks

what program are you burning them with and what speed?

im burning them at 4x with Nero or decrypter and use datawrite and ritek discs, i burnt a game called destroy all humans 2 which was NTSC and it worked fine today ,the games having trouble with are scarface,mortal kombat armageddon,avatar which are all NTSC,have also cleared e/cache and no different

have just realised that the games im having problems with all say PROPER in the title dont no if this has anything to do with it

Where did you get the games from? If i'm not mistaken, there are few dodgy copies of the titles mentioned floating around!?

proper are the better ones that means that the earlier releases were bad and another group had to release a proper(or a working version of the game)
what dashboard are you running?Chip or softmod?
are you getting unkown disc or is it booting to black screen?
some new game's will not work of the HD unless you copy them with DVD2Xbox 7.5 in ISO mode and only the new Softmod's can read games off of the HD in ISO mode no chips...

i sorta have the same problem but mortal kombat armageddon works but destroy all humans doesnt work but in PAL mode it does.....? I have a softmodded xbox and unleash x is my dashboard any ideas???
ps2 slim v12 magic swap/usb advance wd 160gb

woaaah nvm i fixed it i played it in PAL mode then exited it and then memorized where it was on the list got to the game pressed start and went down one and clicked play in NTSC mode and it worked!
ps2 slim v12 magic swap/usb advance wd 160gb

hello i am having the same problem my destroy all humans 2 wont play when i play it after a few mins it says disc is damaged or whatever i have a modded one do you and can you help me with this problem

hi my name is devfdev i have a modded one to my dah2 wont play along time it will say after i play for a few mins your disc is dirty or damaged i have no disc in there though so could you help me mines unleash x

what program did you use to burn it and where did you get it from?
