Unable to backup a folder of Avia Guide to Home Theater

I'm trying to copy parts of "Extras" folder in the Avia test DVD and keep getting the same error;

"Programming error - exception occured".

I did a similar process with Digital Video Essentials test DVD and no issue.

Any ideas??

did you try SHRINK in Re-Author

This is using the 'Re-author' function.

It seems to be in the first chapter where the problem is. Though I can't narrow it down to any specific file(s). When I think I have, it still turns up the error.
I can copy just that same chapter with no issue. Kinda hard to explain.

Are you tring to go strait from the disc?
Try to copy the whole dics to your Hard Drive. Then run it through VobBlanker, Then try to Re-author with Shrink. Just An Idea.

Yes, I'm doing the operation from the orginal disc using the re-author function. It's not just one file in the 'Extras' folder, but it is in the 'title 1' list of around 100 entries.

Anyone have this Avia Guide to Home Theater DVD??
