Well after two weeks of work i can't seem to get my 360 to work. ok i started by using this method to mod it. (click the link)http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/402365
When i got to the end of the tut i was unable to flash the new firmware back onto the 360. So here is my problem now, when i plug my 360 to the tv it boots up to the xbox screen but doesnt read any games nor disks. Ok now i hook it back to the sata card in that tut and then i try to flash it and it doesnt take at all. It comes up with master/slave message. The 00% never even shows up. my xbox is completely hooked up correctly. Now I don't have a copy of my original bin. My xbox is a m25. I can't do anything! I need some help please. Someone that knows what to do. My xbox middle ring just blinks and blinks. Will someone send me a link or tell me step by step how to get my xbox to either read real games again or help me finish the mod. Right now I'm setting here with a open box with nothing to do with it. Im good at following directions also if you tell me step by step how to fix this problem I know I can do it. Work with me here im panicing!

Sounds like your PC Sata card isnt working with your 360. What Card is it?What country are you in aswell?

hey man its me what command are u using since the one i sent u is a hexedited one u might have to use a diffrent command.

located in the usa. its not the sata card becuz i had no problem taking the original bin off. I just cant get it to reflash. the command i used was mtkflash w /m x33.bin

is there a way to fix my problem?

I would suggest that you use the x32 firmware instead of the x33 as I had no end of problems with it. You will also need to backup up the firmware that is cureently on the x360 and hope that it has your key correctly stored in it.

Ok guys, I need your help here! I've been giving so thoughts on what i need to do but that isn't helping me out. Let me say it again. I don't have my original bin cuz I tried to make it a modded bin. Maybe if I ask the questions in a certian order maybe I can get answers. #1 - Can I recover my 360 if I don't have my original bin? If yes how? #2 What does it mean when I turn my 360 on and it green ring just flashes? #3 - is there anyone in this forum that will take the time to walk this newbie through this 400$ problem? #4 - Where can I buy another m25 drive if this one is dead or do I have to buy another 360? Listen guys im begging for help here cuz ive been doing this for 2 weeks, so any good input will help! All suggestions from previous experience like this will help. Thank you to the guys that have taking time to try to help me.

If you don't have your orig.bin saved, I'm pretty sure you have to have it manually reprogrammed. And that involves having the chip removed, reprogrammed, and reinstalled. You don't have a copy of it anywhere?

You might want to check out xboxhacker, as they get alot more technical than here on a.d.

well i do have a bin file that says it is my original bin but i dont know if it is. see i tried to hex edit it myself at first but when i did i never saved the changes to it. so does that mean that the file is still the origianl bin? And if so then what do i need to do with it? cuz i cant get my xbox to flash anything.
