Am I ready to flash?

Hey!

I just wanted to know if I am ready to flash my drive (When I get one soon :D). I am planning on buying a used one with a Hitachi drive, because it's easier to flash, and you don't need to get a compatible SATA chipset and so.

The things i've got to flash my drive is:

Pioneer 111D
Verbatim DVD-R DL
CloneCD (Do you have to set any bitsettings or what?)
Xbox360 (Hitachi drive) with modified firmware.

Is that all I need, or is there anything else?
