Hi,
I have a DVD-RW disc of recorded music videos. If this is possible, I would like to edit the start and end times. But I'm not sure which video format to encode the files to, so they can be edited.
MPEG-4, MPEG-2?

Are MPEG-1, MPEG-2, and AVI formats compressed or uncompressed Are they disc images?
Thank you,
Kimmi

I am asumming that the disk has no protection on it, so u can re-author the titles and chose the start/end times with DVD Shrink, u can also use Nero recode too.

Or

U can rip the files with dvd decrypter then use VobBlanker to edit cut anything out that u want.

There is no need to encode them in another format just leave them in the dvd compliant files.
