Best DVD DL Burner?????

I know the Pioneer DVR - 111d is meant to be the best burner for 360 back ups, but I have a laptop and can't find an external one. Will any Dual Layer + burner do the trick or do you recommend another. I know I need to use the Verbatium + DL disks.

I alos have an ISO of splinter cell on my Laptop which is about 4Gigs. Can this go on single layer DVD or am I missing something.

That must be a xbox1 splinter cell game. The new one is 7.35 GB. And if you want it to work on a 360, you have to burn it like a 360 game..i.e patching the ss.bin file, dual layer disc, ect...
