I have two programe that apparently work when it come to backing up sony dvds. 1 AnyDVD, 2 dvd fab plus i the others program like decrypter and so on... I want to know which out of the two it the best to use when it come to backing up sony movie. The cons and the pros?
IMHO there is no best program when it comes to Sonys, just becuz the three major ways will work everytime.
If u know what u are doing and follow the guides if u dont then ANYbody will be able to back up ANY dvd with RipIT4Me or the DVDFab+VobBlanker+Shrink or Recode+ImgBurn or ANYdvd+Any program
There are tons of them. Some are retail, some are totally free, free but extremely useful. DVDFAB Decrypter (free) and VobBlanker (for advanced user, not necessary sometime, but it's wise), RipIt4Me (free, DVD Decrypter + FixVTS), AnyDVD, DVDIdle Pro, DVDFAB Platinum, DVD Region+CSS Free, etc.
As long as RipIt4Me and DVDFAB Decrypter are available, I'll never never never ever buy any retail decrypting engine(s). However, that's just me. There's really no use in buying any retail ripper/decrypting engines where free tools can do the same thing.
Every Tuesday, I come here and I see tons of newbies saying; "I can't backup this, I can't rip this movie, I can't backup that, etc." However, I've noticed that some of them are using AnyDVD, yet some are using free tools. I'm not trying to pull anyone's leg here, so with that saying, it's not the program, it's the users. If you're an advanced user and know what your doing, then there's no such thing as "I can't backup this, I can't backup that, etc." regardless if it's RipIt4Me, DVDFAB Decrypter or AnyDVD.
