Terminate unnecessary processes - WinTasks 5 Pro will find all "invisible" background processes such as spywares and other malware and allow you to terminate them with a single click
has anyone used this is there a better progam to Terminate unnecessary processes

I haven't tried that program and for $49.95, it's not worth it. There are other programs that can do it for free.

Try WinPatrol: WinPatrol

You can use this to edit your start-up entries (programs/processes that load up when you start Windows) and you can edit processes under the Active Tasks and Services tab.

Here's an example of the services that are currently running/currently disable:

Always research on processes/services before diasbling them. Disabling something that is critical, could cause Windows to crash.
