well i read a tut (http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/250548)
on how to make a multple psx dvd boot disk. the problem is that when i press REC in cd/dvd rom generator it gives me an error message saying that too short location length ( less then 600000 sectors).

I pressed F1 for help and it says if u get that error message it means that u need to add more dummie files. i am not sure what that means... -.-

If by 'psx' you mean PsOne games, then you CANNOT put ANY PsOne games on DVD, let alone multiple games. PsOne/PSX games are CD based. That guide you gave the link for is for PS2 games.

If you do mean PS2 games, then dummy files are files which just fill up space on the disc to make it bigger, normally called DUMMY.DAT, you can find them on other games. Do a search for Dummy File Maker on Google.
However, if you're using Sony CDVDGenerator, then you can do something far easier - create a false TOC.
In the 'Layout' tab right-click the 1st file you added and click on 'Location'. Then change its LBA starting position to a much higher value, like 600000.
