I burnt this game at 4x on Ritek disks and it skipped, so i burnt at 6x and it works alot better! Just thought i'd let you know that this might be the answer to this game. If i'm wrong i apologise but i like to try and help!

I always have to burn at 6x on Taiyo Yuden DVD+R 8x discs (booktyped to DVD-ROM).

I have tried 4x (half speed) but I always get major problem with FMV etc.

Bully works fine for me at 6x btw !

I usually burn my ps2 iso's on taiyo yudens but I ran out of them and I had some Maxell dvd+R's and I burned it at 4x and it worked normally. No long load times or stopping.
