wat can be the causes of a burned 360 game turn into a dvd format??

is it the ss.bin,the cd, the burner,

wat are the reasons...?

could this be a reason:

everytime i patch an ss.bin in the 1.7 merger its always highlited red( which shows wrong ss.)

but the ss.bin i take is from different sites which are conformed to be working

not even one ss.bin i got was highlited with green

and i have tried 4 games till now.. and everytime it says Play DVD
(the cd becomes dvd format..)

anyone??
