Can anyone point me in the right direction for online gaming with the xbox 360, im with NTL at moment and not sure if they do it. Im from the UK just so u know.

Talktalk works with live.

BUT if you do any dl via torrents don't go with them. Traffic shaping, dl throttling etc.
