Dbox2 Woes.

Evenin' ladies and gents.

I am having a couple of problems with my new Dbox2, was wondering if anyone had any ideas.

The Dbox stutters an awful lot, basically your watching a show and its as if the signal goes, the picture doesnt move, and the audio becomes really choppy (unaudibly so). However I am unsure if it is the signal at fault, as when using my official NTL box I have no such trouble.

The second problem is bloody audio descriptions, on some channels. I didnt activate them, and I can't seem to turn them off.

My Dbox is a Sagem 2xI running sportster uk 1.75 revision 5 i think. Any help would be much appreciated.
