hello I need a great help for my nokia 6061 of cingular the USA. the imei of my nokia 6061 commençe by 010768007743008 and I am in Africa thus I would like to know if the nokia 6061 can function in ivory dimension? because I désimlocké my nokia and when I put a chart sim my country, the nokia 6061 do not recognize the network of my chart ORANGE sim. I need a solution help me PLEASE

The 6061 will not work in Africa as the frequencies do not match

Saturnin, the Nokia 6061 phone uses GSM/GPRS 850/1900 MHz technology.
Most overseas countries, including Africa, use GSM 900/1800 MHz
technology. You will need to check with the service providers you mentioned to
see if they can support the frequencies the Nokia 6061 phone uses.

The code I gave above will unlock (if it is'nt already unlocked) your phone but as I said above it will not work in Africa at all.
