No patch bios & How do I install backups straight from my computer to the xbox?

My specs:

Xbox v1.1
Xecuter 2 Lite Modchip
Maxtor 100GB HD
Slayers Auto-Installer 2.0

What version bios do I need to flash to so I don't have to patch the games?

How exactly do I flash the bios? (Cant be too careful on this one =) )

Is there a way to copy the back ups I've still got on my PC directly into the xbox and have them set up under slayer?

Also, is there some special way to copy the saves I backed up from my Retail Hard Drive? I just copied them to the Tdata and Udata directories but the games dont see them....

Yeah yeah alot of dumb questions in one post =)
