Programming Error?

Everything has been working fine but I've had a lot of spyware and adware that I recently removed. Now when i try to copy a movie i get a programming error during the encoding process. I also noticed that AnyDVD closes when this happends so it might be something with that. The only two things that I have done within the past day that I can think of is the spyware thing and updating AnyDVD. any ideas?
