Hi guys I have this weird problem from several months ago I have been burning games from like 2 years and now I cant burn any game it just dont boot I though at first it was the media but I have change media like 5 times and I have tried burning games that I alredy burned once and they dont boot or if they boot they have skiping or freeze problems...could it be a program I installed ? one of the windows updates? anti-virus...? this is serious please help what could it be...

Weird, huh it doesn't seem wierd if you know what your doing. What media did you use before changing?do your regular games work? One solution is playing games from a hdd because is laser might be dieing out.

Ive been using DVD Decrypter and the media have been maxel, verbatim, memorex and hp... what I have notice is that they are all 16x media(I burn at 4x)Because I used to use maxel 8x and they just worked fine. Oh and one of my last experience was with valkirie I tried to burn it like 4 times and they all said reading disk then a friend gave me a verbatim and same with it but my friend burn it with his burner and is working fine................It may be surely the dvd burner but movies works just fine...

I agree with Noamos. I use DVD+R Imation DVD's and I haven't had a problem yet.
