Say, the image is 3GB, how is it possible for the files to only be 2.5GB? I have one game that is about 4GB but the files are only 12MB! If you copy the files from the image with isobuster, then burn them, the disk doesnt work(obviously). So what and where is the other MBs or even GBs of data?

Most games use false TOCs through higher LBA placement than is needed, hence the difference in size.
The game you're on about with the 12Mb worth of files, but a 4Gb disc actually has hidden files that IsoBuster or any other prog can't see.
