PS2 HDD reformatted and lost all my games..

I booted up my playstation and loaded up HDLoader like I usually do and it told me my once full HDD wasnt formated. Only thing I was able to do was let hdloader format the hdd. I lost a 37 games and now back to an original wiped hdd. I been using hdloader for over a year without any problems then all of a sudden it needs to formatted again. Sucks to have to store all them games again.
