I have a PS2 ScpH 77001a and I have Swap Magic Coder 3.8 (USA) and I want To Know wats the ABSOLUTE Best DVD Media To Burn Backups so that my laser would last for a very long time (1-2 yrs)


P.S- I'm Using Blindwrite 6.0.0.18

I'd recommend Verbatim and Panasonic DVD-R's.

By the way, use your eyes next time, theres a stickied thread called BEST MEDIA GUIDE - you'll find it in this very forum :)

LordMagic, Are you sure these are the BEST Disc because I want to Burn The New Mortal kombat game and others without the risk of straining my laser.

P.S- THis is my 2ND PS2 & I don't want to spend my money on another one Because PS3 Comes out next month

use taiyo yudens, ive had numerous problems with verbatim dvd-rs.

Ive never had a problem backing up ANY of mine with Memorex DVD+R 16x dvds. corse i burn them 6x to be safe ;)
