can anyone help me, I tried to burn animaniacs vol 1 disc 1 but keep getting cycle redundancy error. have used Nero, DVD Shrink, and DVD Decrypter. please help

Hi turtlmed
Don't know if this one has any copy protection that Shrink or Decrypter can't (one reason for this error).
So try cleaning off the disc - another reason for this error - disc is dirty,smudged,scratched or a bad press.
If you have another drive try that one - some are better getting thru bad spots.

You can also try decrypter in iso mode. Mode>iso>read. Then in Shrink go to file>open disc image.

Another program to try:DVDFab decrypter (free).
Try ripping to your hard drive w/ that then open those files in Shrink.

If all that fails then best bet is to exchange for a new one.
