Make/model phone: Nokia 6230i
IMEI #: 357065006871984
Country the phone is locked in: United Kingdom
Provider the phone is locked to: O2 UK

Do I need to enter the unlock code with a different provider's sim card in the phone? Thanks for your help.

Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
Press the UNDO option
You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
Enter the code given and then press (OK)
