Ok, I booted up Splinter Cell Double Agent with SM V2.0 and It was working. Then when you get to the menu screen of Splinter Cell, it asks you want you want to do (Single/Co-op, Multiplayer/Online etc..) I pressed Single player and then the game went to that pink PS2 screen where it says "Insert a PS2 format disc".. I don't understand it cause I burnt the game properly as I usually do, all my other games worked, but this one takes me to the pink "Insert a PS2 format disc" screen.. any ideas guys?

Edit: I saw the layout I was supposed to use when discussing this problem. I will do it underneath :)

Game: Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent
Type: PAL
Swap Magic Version: 2.0
DVD's Used: Panasonic DVD-R's 16x
Burn Speed: 8x
Applications Used: Nero Express

My problem is, once I've booted up Double Agent, it works then we get to the menu screen where you choose what mode you want to play (single/co-op etc..) Then when you choose the mode it goes to the "Insert PS2 format disc" screen..

Hope I made it easier :)

I'm having the same problem NTSC version first time i encounter that problem either it works on bootup or it doesn't

I tried 3 different types of media at various burning speed

I didn't have anykind of problem with this game... And the only difference, is that I used Sony DVD+R at 4x... and I dont think that the problem is on the media...

I really think that the problem is on the game iso!! Try downloading a different iso...

But it's just an idea...
