hey all

is it possible to backup a dvd that is NTSC (from America) onto a DVD-RW and play it in a British DVD player?

first your burner should be able to burn DVD-RWs....... then just use a program that will change t0 region free and change the NTSC TO PAL! it's possible.... yes!
