Duo2 SE modchip randomly stops working

I own a V7 fat ps2 US NTSC type. I had the Duo2 SE modchip for about a year now, and just about last month, it randomly stopped working. So i opened up the case, checked all the cables for a possible loose solder, no problems, put it back, and it works again... a week later, not working again and i once again open the case, check everything again, and works again.

Finally, it stops working, and im getting quite annoyed with it stop working and lazy to open the case everytime i want to play, so i decided to shutdown the power to the ps2, unplug the power cable and let it sit for a week, thinking it might be electrical discharge allowing it to work, so i did that and it doesnt work. So i opened it up AGAIN, and it works again. Now it stopped working again and i dont want to open up the case everytime, does anyone have a solution to what the problem is or how to get around it?
