Explorer keeps saying it needs to be closed, need help

For the past few months, my computer will ramdomly pop up a message saying that explorer has to be closed and it is sorry for any incovenience or sumting. This happens totally ramdomly, sometimes when i open my documents, my comoputer, my pictures, or access my ipod drive, its pretty much ramdom. Ive tried scanning and updating and all that, i tried a full system destructive recovery, but the same thing happens. I nned urgent help, thx. Heres my Hijackthis:

tell me, do you have a network of computers or another computer that sometimes trys to copy files accross to it? If no the following should be deleted:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\conime.exe

The conime.exe process is a backdoor/trojan. It will allow people direct access to your computer with which they can gain access to your personal information and files.

But that still doesn't explain why your browser is crashing. What sort of protection do you have on this computer (it may help explain what your computer is lacking)?
