Question about dvd drives in the 360

I have a question about the dvd drives on the 360. Are the Samsung and the Hitachi the only drives that come in a 360? I want to make sure that I can just go buy a new one from the store and know that the drive can be flashed without having to open the 360 to verify this first.

I went to a CC store and asked the guy to look for the LOT serial. @ first I got a Hitachi drive cause I only asked the guy to look for the specific LOT #, But I brought it back cause I wanted a Samsung drive and then asked him to look for both the LOT & Team and got the right one with Samsung drive. Just use the filtering on that website and look for the the LOTS & Team on the box that correspond to your area. Hope this helps.

Also I read on xboxscene that they started using phillips drives on some new ones. Be careful. Choose wisely. ;)
