Faxing Using a Motorola V300 Phone

Does anyone know if you can use the V300 phone to fax with.
I downloaded the phone drivers to my computer (Win XP O.S.)
It recognizes it as a modem. I have a 4in1 HP printer with fax capability. I do not have a land line/home phone.
Is there free software out there or is there a way through a
windows program can do this.
Any ideas, please help!
