looking to cool down my 360. My box freezes after playing it for 1 hour for every game i have. I figure after my research it is either a HDD problem or overheating problem. To cool my box i have two options

This is my 1st option which takes 2 fans and pushes air into the xbox faster to cool it

This is my 2nd which takes 3 fans and forces the air out of the system from the 2 fans inside so more hot air can be moved faster.

The price of these 2 are similar so thats not a factor. Which do you guys suggest???

I have the Nyko. It's loud. It definately sucks out the heat. It's cheap.

Worked great of about 2 months. Then 1 of the fans starting screaming when the 360 was powered on. I found that powering on the 360 for ~5 min. then powering on the Nyko solved that problem.

I was gonna exchange it for another, but then thought about changing the fans. I replaced the fans with a set of higher-rated coolmasters. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!. They have a higher air flow and they're whisper-quiet. The fans cost me $12 so all totaled I have almost $30 in the Nyko, but it's $$$ well spent.

You didn't ask me but I can tell you any computer dealer will have the fans. So does Newegg.com

Actually.... the nyko uses 50x15 mm fans. Those were kind of hard to track down. I found a few places online that had them but wanted like 8 bucks apiece. Then as a last resort I got on Ebay and a dealer had them. $12 for 3.
