Sorry...forgot to start a new thread for another phone. Anyways, this phone is locked to Cingular but I want to use it in the Phillappines. The IMEI is 353372/00/069582/1. Thanks!

Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
Press the UNDO option
You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
Enter the code given and then press (OK)
