i got it to work i am playing but there is a high pitch whistling noise my drive makes now is this normal can anyone confirm

How did you you get it working? Did you modd with a chip and if so what chip. The reason I'm asking is because i installed the nme360 v.1.1 in my xbox360's hitachi 47dj drive but now i don't know what to do from there. Do I flash the chip and how? I know i'm not answering your question and if i could i would but if you could help me out , i'd really appreciate it.

No, my hitachi 59Dj makes no difference in sound. It did.. Once.. When I used OPA 2.1 but that's been fixed for me with 2.3 revision 2

i have hitatchi dvd 360 drive i too it shops they hacked it 4 me
what i wana say is how do i find out if it is hack just to make show
they did it
